Pay Later and Pay in Instalments is available thanks to our partnership with Klarna and Clearpay.
- Klarna is currently available only to residents of the United Kingdom.

- Clearpay is currently available only to residents of the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
If you don't see this payment method at checkout you can anyway pay normally with PayPal or any debit/credit card.

We ship to USA, UK, Europe, Asia and Australia with the best couriers available (DHL, UPS, Fedex, Aramex). All parcels are tracked.

Our handling time usually takes about 2-4 business days and then the orders are handed over to the best couriers. 

We offer fast & tracked shipping on all orders.
Shipping times depends on the product category:

Bedding Sets:
- To UK it takes 5-9 days with Fedex.
- To Australia it takes 6-9 days with UBI Smart Parcel
- To USA it takes 5-9 days with UPS.
- To Europe it takes 7-10 days with Fedex, JCEX and DHL.
- To UAE and Asia it takes 7-12 days.

Persian Carpets:
Shipped from Dubai, UAE

- If you are in the UAE: 3-4 business days
- If you are outside of the UAE: 5-12 business days. 

- Other products: Standard Shipping.
Shipping to USA takes 6-14 days. Shipping to UK, Europe, Australia and Asia takes 6-12 days.

We work with local warehouses and shipping partners across USA, UK, Asia and Europe. Products are shipped from the country of production.

Most of our products are shipped directly from the country of production including Asia (UAE, Thailand, China) and Europe, allowing you to get a better price and an extensive range of high quality designs.

Even though we always try to cover duty fees upfront, for some countries (including the UK since 1st Jan 2021) that is not possible. In that case the customer is responsible to pay for import duties and custom fees.

We ship with the best couriers including Fedex, DHL, Royal Mail, Aramex, UPS.

Our office is based in London, UK. We work mainly with warehouses in Asia - this allows you to choose from an extensive range of designs while getting a super competitive price. It means also that most of our products are shipped to you from the mentioned oversea warehouses.

Even though we always try to cover duty fees upfront, for some countries (including the UK since 1st Jan 2021 and Europe starting from 1st July 2021) that is not always possible, especially for products above 135£/150€.

Since the Importer on Records is always the final customer (you), the customer is always responsible to pay for any import duties and custom fees if requested by the local authorities.

Fees will not be covered/refunded from us. No exception.

Duties and taxes are calculated and charged by the custom authorities in your country therefore they're behind our control.

For UK customers: since Jan 1st 2021, online stores need to be compliant with the new VAT requirements. For products (or total order) above 135£, VAT will be paid by the Importer on Records (Customer) when the parcel reaches UK, together with any import duties. If you are requested to pay for VAT or other Import Fees and you refuse to pay, the parcel may be seized by the Customer authorities or shipped back to our warehouse. If the parcel is returned to us we will refund the order excluding the shipping fees.

If one of our product isn’t the perfect match for you, return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging to the warehouse of origin.

Luxurier does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-7 business days.

Bedding Products

Yes, if the product description indicates that the product is made with Egyptian Cotton.

Also hailed as the king of cotton, Egyptian Cotton is the best choice for your bed. The length of the fibres makes it possible to weave the finest yarns without compromising on strength. This in turn makes the fabric more resistant while also being super-soft. Egyptian Cotton’s ability to absorb liquid gives the fabrics made of this material deeper, brighter and more resistant colours.

Extra Questions

Chargebacks are disputed transactions. These are charges that customers dispute on their credit cards for different transactions.

If we suspects that you have used chargebacks as a form of fraud, we are within our legal right to file a lawsuit against you and pursue criminal charges, if applicable.

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, within 12 hours, we can cancel the order. Post 12 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied as our team has already started to work on your order. There will be no cancellation fee prior to the 12 hours.

If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a refund once you receive your product.
