Returns & Exchange


Thank you for your purchase at Luxurier. By placing the order you accept the Return Policy in full. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Bespoke orders and pillows cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Returns

Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date to your address. The return address is always the warehouse of origin (even if it's overseas). We work with multiple warehouses worldwide, including Asia. For more info about where a category of products is shipped from, visit the FAQ page or contact us before placing the order.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

For duvet cover sets and bedding products, we are unable to accept the return/exchange if the product has been washed, used, if it comes with a strong smell, or if it is a bespoke product (such as Emperor sets).

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@luxurier.co to obtain an RMA# (same as your order number). After receiving the RMA, print it or add a handwritten note and place it in the packaging.

(RMA is a number to identify your parcel. It is not a prepaid shipping label.) Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the provided address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not provide free prepaid labels. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as we will be unable to process the refund if the parcel does not reach the warehouse of origin.

We do not charge any restocking fee; however, if customs charges us a fee to release the returning parcel, the documented amount will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note

  • Import duties will not be refunded.
  • You can exchange the product if it's in original condition.
  • We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
