Returns & Exchange


Thank you for your purchase at Luxurier. By placing the order you accept the Return Policy in full. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date to your address. The shipping address is always the warehouse of origin (even if its overseas). We work with multiple warehouses wordlwide including Asia, Europe, USA. For more info about where a category of product is shipped from, visit the FAQ page. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Particularly for Duvet Covers & Bedding Set we are unable to accept the return/exchange if the product has been washed, used or if it comes with a strong smell.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@luxurier.co to obtain a RMA#. After receiving a RMA number, print it and place in the packaging.
Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the provided address.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not provide free prepaid labels.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we will be unable to process the refund if the parcel does not reach the warehouse of origin.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE
     ●     The original shipping cost will not be refunded (minimum 19GBP), even if it was originally covered by us with "Free Shipping" for the buyer.         
     ●     All the returns must be shipped back to the warehouse in the country of origin.
