Thank you for your purchase at Luxurier. By placing the order you accept the Return Policy in full. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange . Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Bespoke orders and Pillows cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date to your address. The return address is always the warehouse of origin (even if its overseas). We work with multiple warehouses worldwide including Asia, Europe, USA. For more info about where a category of products is shipped from, visit the FAQ page or contact us before placing the order.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Particularly for Duvet Cover sets & Bedding products, we are unable to accept the return/exchange if the product has been washed, used, if it comes with a strong smell or it is a bespoke product (such as Emperor sets).

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@luxurier.co to obtain a RMA#. After receiving a RMA (same as your order number), print it or add a handwritten note and place in the packaging.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we will be unable to process the refund if the parcel does not reach the warehouse of origin.
We do not charge any stocking fee, however if the customs charge us a fee to release the returning parcel, the amount will be documented and decreased from the refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange . Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange . Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
